Job Responsibilities

As an Industrialization Specialist at BES, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing industrialization strategies to optimize production efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical advancements and improve product quality.
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure seamless planning, technical support, and parts delivery.
• Crafting technical documentation and validation documents for manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes.
• Maintaining action tracking and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A master's degree in mechanical engineering or hydraulics engineering or a similar field.
• One year of experience in the aeronautical field or industry.
• Advanced expertise in mechanics and hydraulics, with proficiency in manufacturing processes such as machining and milling.
• Strong technical analysis capabilities and a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
