Corporate Governance and Compliance Advisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Freelance Ethics and Compliance Counsel to join our team. As a Compliance and Governance expert, you will be responsible for leading the anti-trust compliance program and overseeing governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. Additionally, you will act as the key liaison with Global Compliance and contribute to policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness of ethical and compliance standards.
- Monitor and report on ethics and compliance risks to senior management.
- Implement local compliance initiatives and processes in line with group policies.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Law and significant experience in Ethics & Compliance (certifications like CCEP, TASA, or CIPP-E are a plus).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal advisory roles.
- Strong discretion, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
