We are looking for a seasoned electrical contractor who can spearhead our efforts in providing top-notch MV and LV cable installation services, busbar, and containment solutions. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results on diverse construction projects throughout Europe and beyond.
About the RoleThis position demands a thorough understanding of industry regulations and a proven track record in EHS compliance. As an EHS Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving safety excellence across all our construction projects.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct rigorous inspections, audits, and reviews to guarantee adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Leverage your expertise to develop and implement a comprehensive EHS strategy, placing safety at the forefront of all initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to senior construction management, ensuring seamless alignment with company safety policies and industry best practices.
- Ensure the accurate preparation, review, and submission of all necessary EHS documentation, adhering to strict regulatory standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in EHS performance and regulatory compliance through the development of proactive objectives.
- Coordinate site audits, investigations, and corrective actions to consistently enhance safety performance.
- Design and deliver EHS training programs tailored to meet regulatory requirements and elevate safety awareness throughout the organization.
