LCL Data Centers is a leading provider of housing data centers, serving customers across various sectors with our state-of-the-art facilities in Diegem, Aalst, Antwerp, Huizingen, and Gembloux. Our mission is to deliver sustainable data center solutions with the highest ethical standards.
As a Service Delivery Technical Team Leader at LCL, you will play a key role in collaborating with other departments to ensure quality and safety within our data centers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and Coaching: Managing daily operations of data center technicians and supervisors, including task allocation, follow-up, and guiding their professional development through coaching and feedback.
- Ensuring Quality and Safety: Monitoring compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards, implementing improvement measures following incidents or audits.
- Developing Procedures: Drafting, implementing, and managing work procedures and technical instructions to ensure consistency, quality, and safety.
- Project and Planning Coordination: Creating and managing project schedules, aligning staff, equipment, and budgets, resolving potential bottlenecks in consultation with other departments.
- Technical Support: Acting as a point of contact for technical questions, facilitating efficient problem-solving within the team.
- Reporting and Improvement: Monitoring project progress and results, reporting to management with a focus on continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical education or equivalent experience.
- Drafting and implementing technical procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of safety and quality standards within a technical environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Multilingual (Dutch, French, English), customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and solution-oriented approach to address problems and implement solutions.
