Our airline operates from Liege Airport and carries out daily scheduled cargo flights as well as charter services for transporting various types of cargo globally. We are a part of a large airline group and aim to grow rapidly.
Job Description- The Airframe Documentation Specialist is responsible for administering the technical library required for CAMO services.
- Manage the provisioning of required technical documentation and regulatory publications.
- Ensure timely updates and revisions are obtained.
- Administer the library in AMOS.
- Enter safety publications into AMOS, triggering assessment by the CAMO team.
- Dispatch relevant technical documentation and manuals.
- Archive obsolete documentation and identify it clearly as not current.
- Manage TC and STC publication sites.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, OEMs, vendors, and others on technical publication matters.
- Manage Aircraft Technical Logs printed materials.
- Secondary school or equivalent.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Professional, proactive, and accurate.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- A knowledge of aviation terminology is beneficial.
- Experience with Swiss-AS AMOS software is advantageous but not necessary.
