Food Innovation Consultant

As an R&D Product Development Specialist at Neonwhale, you will play a crucial role in our NPD projects. Your responsibilities will include:
• Receiving intensive training on the job from our team and broadening your knowledge on ingredients, different food product types, technology, and the market based on literature, fairs, meetings with suppliers, training, etc.
• Performing lab-scale prototyping tests to create samples and new products
• Conducting analyses on food products: pH, Brix, acidity, etc.
• Being actively involved in and later leading NPD projects and being responsible for the product specification definition. The product development track will be defined from pilot testing until industrial validation (upscaling).
• Organizing and being a fixed member of our internal taste panel
You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, each with its unique challenges and opportunities. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
