About the Role:

  • Serve as a key stakeholder in IT vendor lifecycle management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, budgeting, and termination.
  • Manage relationships between clients and key technology suppliers across IT categories: infrastructure/networks, systems integration, services, projects, and software.
  • Collect and analyze data regarding clients' IT environments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Design and implement IT processes and services to boost efficiency and transparency.
