About This OpportunityWe are seeking a Director for our Globales Post Hotel & Wellness in Liège, Belgium. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with expertise in people management, business strategy, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and supervise hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead teams, oversee personnel policies, and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Drive results-oriented performance and adherence to quality standards.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in urban hotels.
- High proficiency in French and English; additional languages are highly valued.
- Education in Hotel Management or Tourism is essential.
