Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role that combines administrative support with business development?

This Office Operations and Talent Acquisition Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our CEO and be a key player in our team's success.

As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional support to our CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating strategic decision-making.

You will oversee company financial transactions, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in providing financial and administrative support to the CEO.

One of your primary responsibilities will be recruitment management, including drafting job offers, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates. You will also participate in interviews, assessing interpersonal skills, cultural fit, and team alignment.

In addition to these tasks, you will assist in organizing events, managing social media communication, and promoting our employer branding. If you're curious and creative, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our team's growth and development.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be fluent in English and French, and possess a strong eye for detail. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience on high confidentiality levels, particularly in recruitment processes, is required.
