We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to strengthen our team.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Completing repairs and commissioning of equipment
- Performing retrofits and assisting with process issues
- Maintaining full customer satisfaction and excellent relations
- Following all safety procedures
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment on-site
- Providing technical support and training to customers
- Documenting service activities and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field or engineering
- Proven hands-on experience in electrical and/or electronic work
- Experience and/or interest in working on highly technological machinery
- Ability to work independently and establish excellent relationships
- Innovative problem-solving skills and process improvement capabilities
- Willingness to travel abroad for 20 – 50% of the time
- Professional working proficiency in English
