About the JobThis hands-on role focuses on delivering operational excellence in compensation, analytics, and People & Organisation (P&O) systems across the division, ensuring streamlined and effective processes aligned with our goals.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR systems, People Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or related fields, proven ability to manage data integrity and deliver reliable reporting, and hands-on experience with HR IT systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms).
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis and Reporting: Build and maintain P&O dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing actionable insights to P&O and business leaders.
- Analyse P&O data to identify trends, patterns, and recommend areas for improvement.
- Execute compensation processes, including benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and headcount cost forecasting.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Equip P&O teams with tools and templates for consistent and efficient execution of compensation and analytics tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic P&O initiatives.
