Job DescriptionAs a key figure within our team, you will be responsible for technical support of OEM customers' and partners' applications.
- Technical Support: Assist and collaborate with customers, providing innovative solutions as a hydraulics expert.
- Mobile machines: Contribute to the control of mobile machines, provide control technology support, participate in mechatronics of mobile machines, and support the control ecosystem.
- Project Coordination: Work together with sales managers to ensure smooth start-up and implementation of new hydraulic systems for customers.
- Validation and Reporting: Coordinate and perform necessary measurements for technical validation. Draft detailed reports to share with project, product, and sales teams.
- Problem-Solving and Optimization: Work alongside colleagues to solve technical problems and improve systems and components.
- Software Integration: Ensure that requirements of hydraulic systems are translated into software functionalities. Collaborate with software development team to find optimal solutions.
- Training and Optimization: Provide technical training to customers on new applications and advise them on optimizing existing applications for future challenges.
- Warranty and Claims: Validate warranty and claim requests as a hydraulics expert.
- You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanics and have several years of practical experience in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of construction, agricultural, material handling, and transport machinery is required.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a good command of English. Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
- You are analytical, customer-oriented, and work efficiently with colleagues.
- You are autonomous, flexible, and stress-resistant.
- You are a true ambassador for the company.
- You possess a B driver's license and are willing to travel abroad occasionally.
