The company sources branded specialty ingredients from leading manufacturers worldwide and its ingredient experts provide value-added technical support, including pre-mixing, blending, ingredient formulation, and testing.
We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Human Nutrition team based in Zaventem, Belgium.
Job PurposeThis role involves giving relevant support to Area Sales Managers/Directors and B2B customers during and after the sales process, ensuring effective sales process flow and customer satisfaction in alignment with the overall sales strategy.
Critical Results- Administrative support to Area Sales Managers
- Order Management Customer Service
- Correct sales order/data processing and reporting in ERP/CRM
- Understanding customer needs and translating them into Barentz procedures
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
This role requires a collaborative approach to work towards closing deals with teammates. Operational customer support involves helping clients with order quoting, processing, fulfillment, review, entry, dispatch, and support.
You will also monitor respecting customers' contracts and communication concerning Sales Forecasts of customers, ensure timely release of orders and fulfillment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
About You- Education: Associate degree by education
- Experience: 5 or more years of experience in a relevant field or related experience
- Languages: Flemish, French, English, - fluent spoken and written
