About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team at Talencia Consulting. As a key member of our data management department, you will be responsible for overseeing data flows and implementing good database management and development practices.
Data Management Responsibilities
- You will provide expert support and counsel in downloading treatable datasets, ensuring they are accurate and reliable.
- You will interpret and analyze these datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Using your analytical skills, you will determine the most efficient way to dispatch data throughout the organization, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
- You will keep management updated on any modifications to be made and opportunities for improving data sets and management processes.
About the Ideal Candidate
- A master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Perfectly trilingual, with a strong focus on French and Dutch.
- Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office, with experience using data analysis software.
- Previous experience or theoretical knowledge of data treatment and analysis is a strong plus.
- An analytical, detail-oriented mind with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Skills in reporting and data synthesis, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Suggestion-minded, you are not afraid to offer solutions based on your analysis of the information on hand.
