Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects using the SDLC principle.
- Plan and manage project schedules and deliverables.
- Identify and manage project risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate project progress effectively.
- Report project status to management in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to Infrabel's procedures during project execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a project leader in software development.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management.
- Certification in a methodology such as Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMP.
- Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level) or French (C2 level), with at least B2 proficiency in the other language.
- Proven experience and knowledge in Leadership/Team management, Budget management, Cost management, and Risk management.
- Ability to communicate and present effectively, with experience in Change Initiative, stress resistance, and team integration.
