Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) plays a vital role in shaping the future of businesses, driving growth and innovation. At KPMG Belgium, we offer exciting opportunities for individuals to contribute to this dynamic field.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant, M&A who will be responsible for supporting business origination efforts, executing transactions and assisting our senior team members in further developing the M&A and corporate finance service offering of KPMG Belgium.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality transaction documentation, conduct due diligence coordination, financial modelling and in-depth financial and business plan analysis and valuation.
- Assist in preparing value-added pitch content and supporting the strategic dialogue with our clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive M&A deals forward, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
As a member of the M&A Deals Advisory team, you will be working closely with diverse teams on an international level. You will be required to have a strong desire to learn and support origination efforts in M&A.
Skills and Qualifications- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering.
- 3-5 years of transaction experience in Investment Banking and M&A at an international investment bank, M&A boutique or within a Big4 corporate finance team.
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate insights, construct solutions and think out of the box.
