**Our Expectations**

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for developing and steering the overall supply chain strategy for all Vynova Businesses and affiliated sites. You will ensure efficient and effective supply chain processes and adapt them to meet the company's objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and steering the overall supply chain strategy for all businesses.
  • Analysing and adapting the supply chain to meet the company's objectives.
  • Defining projects to develop the supply chain strategy and related change management processes.
  • Ensuring efficient, effective and sustainable supply chain processes.
  • Developing standard work processes, guidelines and tools.
  • Further optimising processes including Order To Cash, Market to Sell, Forecast to Stock, Procure to Pay, and the Source to Contract process for Logistics Procurement.
  • Developing the Group's procurement strategy for logistics.
  • Ensuring integration of Business Support and Supply Chain Excellence activities.

You will report to the Executive Vice President Commercial and lead a team of 56 people across the Vynova Group, with eight direct reports.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a seasoned leader with at least 10 years of experience managing complex supply chain operations. You should have a solid understanding of all aspects of supply chain management and a deep interest in understanding the business, financial performance and market dynamics.

A strong leadership style, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential for this role.
