Job Description
Main MissionThe main mission of the Scrum Master Lead is to guide and lead the agile transformation within the Marketing & Communications department, by facilitating collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring an agile mindset across squads.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Scrum Master Lead will be responsible for:
- Driving agile change across clusters and squads, fostering collaboration and team dynamics.
- Facilitating agile ceremonies at both squad and cluster levels.
- Leading continuous improvement cycles with Product Owners and stakeholders to optimize team performance.
- Promoting an agile culture, encouraging collaboration and a growth mindset.
- Coaching teams on agile principles, focusing on both methodology and mindset shifts.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year as a Scrum Master in an agile transformation context.
- Experience in banking environments, particularly within marketing & communications.
- Familiarity with IT projects and agile tool implementation.
- Technical Skills (Preferred): Adobe Campaign, Wrike or other agile backlog tools.
You will also need:
- Strong organizational, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities in complex transformation settings.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle tight deadlines under pressure.
The working conditions for this role include:
- Hybrid: 50% remote, 50% on-site (depending on squad presence).
