Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Banking Product Specialist to lead our ambitious banking squad initiative. As part of our Product & Engineering team, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer to prioritize features and improvements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting interviews and using data analytics to identify user needs and pain points
- Collaborating with the Product team to prioritize features and improvements
- Leading the Expert daily meeting to ensure timely development, testing, and deployment
- Managing partnerships required for banking features
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or software development experience with a passion for building exceptional software products
- Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Ability to analyze data effectively (Excel and Python knowledge are a plus)
- Willingness to dive into business logic, comprehend it, and document it for the engineering team
