Job Description We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the commercial support office and tender desk. This role involves setting up and managing a centralized team that will support the organization in all commercial excellence and tender-related activities. This includes designing, implementing, and continuously improving commercial and tender processes to ensure focused pipeline management, commercial reporting, and high-quality submissions resulting in increased win rates. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the commercial support office, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence in all tender submissions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in bid/tender management, proposal writing, or commercial operations Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (written and spoken) Strong leadership, excellent organizational, and project management skills Able to manage stakeholders globally, open to feedback, and shared ownership This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
