Functie Wij zoeken een ervaren, hands-on Senior Data Engineer die het voortouw neemt bij de implementatie van Microsoft Fabric, het interne team begeleidt volgens best practices en kennis overdraagt via gestructureerde coaching en training. In de eerste fase ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de implementatie: je legt de basis, bouwt pipelines en toont de optimale aanpak. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Leiding nemen in de end-to-end implementatie van Microsoft Fabric: van fundament tot productieklare oplossingen. Ontwerpen en opzetten van een Medallion Architecture binnen Fabric, volgens de beste industriestandaarden. Ontwikkelen van schaalbare en betrouwbare datapipelines met Python notebooks en Fabric Data Engineering tools. Integreren van Power BI DevOps-praktijken in de dataontwikkelingsworkflow. Hands-on coaching, workshops en kennisoverdracht om het datateam naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Nauw samenwerken met interne stakeholders en zorgen voor een vlotte overdracht voor langdurig beheer. Functie-eisen Aantoonbare ervaring met het implementeren van Microsoft Fabric in productieomgevingen. Sterke expertise in het bouwen van Medallion Architectures, datapipelines en Fabric-gebaseerde datastructuren. Uitstekende kennis van Python, notebooks en moderne data engineering workflows. Bekend met Power BI en DevOps-praktijken en -tools. Communicatief sterk en in staat complexe concepten helder uit te leggen. Een echte teamspeler die zowel kan leiden als samenwerken.
