With over 10,000 employees across 18 countries, we deliver cutting-edge IT solutions, combining technological expertise with business agility.To support our growth and strategic digital projects, we are looking for a versatile and experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer to join our team.As an IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer, you will contribute to the architecture, implementation, and management of secure, scalable IT infrastructures. You will act as a technical reference point on system engineering, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and network technologies while supporting project delivery and continuous improvement efforts.This is a cross-functional role, ideal for profiles such as: System Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Cybersecurity Engineer, Linux/Windows Engineer, Network Engineer, Solution Architect, or Infrastructure Project Manager.Design, deploy, and support infrastructure solutions (on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments)Manage Windows and Linux systems across development, staging, and productionConfigure and monitor network infrastructure (routing, switching, VPN, Firewall)Implement cybersecurity practices, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirementsCollaborate with internal and client teams to deliver infrastructure projects (migrations, rollouts, integrations)Document solutions and contribute to IT architecture and security strategyMinimum 3-5 years' experience in IT infrastructure rolesWindows Server, Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)Cloud: AWS, Azure, or equivalent (certification is a plus)EndPoint protection, identity/access management, patching, SIEM toolsExperience in leading or contributing to IT infrastructure projectsFluent in English and (French or Dutch, depending on the location)DevOps or automation backgroundA dynamic and innovative environment within a leading European digital groupContinuous training and certificationsFlexibility: hybrid or remote work depending on the assignmentA collaborative team culture and career evolution opportunitiesApply now and join a team that combines passion for technology with business impact.
