The Role of a Data Analyst Data analysts play a vital role in the success of any organization. Their primary responsibility is to collect and analyze data, which helps inform business decisions and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Collecting and interpreting large datasets from various sources Analyzing results to identify patterns and trends Producing strategic data analysis and reporting to stakeholders Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in data analysis Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI Familiarity with French and English languages Benefits: Contribute to the development of data strategy for clients Help deliver valuable insights based on client data Be part of a challenging and multidisciplinary team Working with Data Tools: Data analysts use a variety of tools to collect, analyze, and visualize data. These tools include: SQL: a programming language used to manage relational databases SAS: a software suite that provides data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization capabilities Python: a popular programming language used for data analysis, machine learning, and web development R: a programming language and environment for statistical computing and graphics Tableau: a data visualization tool that allows users to connect to multiple data sources and create interactive dashboards QlikView: a business intelligence platform that enables users to create data visualizations and reports PowerBI: a business analytics service by Microsoft that allows users to create interactive visualizations and business intelligence reports Language Skills: Data analysts should be fluent in French and English languages. A good knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
