Your Responsibilities | Investment Firm - PFS – Accountancy – Investment – Holdings – Propcos •You are in charge of the supervision of a Junior Accountant who prepares the accounting entries. You review them with him and you help him to become more independent.
•You are responsible for the management of a client portfolio composed of Funds, Real Estate, Holdcos and Propcos.
•You do not have to work with timesheet.
•You are involved in the preparation of reportings, and annual accounts.
•You establish tax returns for the entities in your portfolio.
•You are in contact with your colleagues working abroad, as well as contact with auditors, banks, and your manager .
Profile and Career Path | Investment Firm - PFS – Accountancy – Investment – Holdings – Propcos •You are fluent in German and English.
•You have experience within a Big Four, a PFS, or a fiduciary in Luxembourg . You need to have more than 6 years of experience in this field.
•You are independent and able to work without the supervision of a Senior.
•If you know how to work with Yardi , that would represent an advantage.
•You want to join a company in the long term.

Offer | Investment Firm - PFS – Accountancy – Investment – Holdings – Propcos •Our partner is prepared to offer you a salary of up to 90,000€ gross per year , depending on your experience and expertise.
