We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Microsoft 365 integration project. Job Description This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital transformation and enterprise software projects within the banking or financial services sector. Your primary role will be to oversee the successful implementation of Microsoft 365 services, Azure data platform components, and enabling Microsoft Copilot across our organization. Represent internal stakeholders and align project goals with strategic objectives Collaborate closely with external implementation partners Key Responsibilities Program leadership & strategy: Governance & reporting: Supplier management: Project planning & execution: Change management & adoption: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and tracking work plans, tasks, and milestones, while monitoring risks, addressing deviations, and ensuring successful integration of Microsoft 365, Azure components, and Copilot. Additionally, you will drive user adoption through coordinated change strategies, encouraging understanding and use of Copilot across teams. You will need to have a proven track record in digital transformation or enterprise software projects within banking or financial services, as well as deep knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and security standards in Fsis. Expertise in Microsoft 365 enterprise tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange) and familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, and integration with M365 is also essential. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 7+ years in IT program management, with strong Microsoft 365 experience Proven track record in digital transformation or enterprise software projects within banking or financial services Deep knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and security standards in Fsis Expertise in Microsoft 365 enterprise tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange) Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, and integration with M365 Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience Ability to lead change and overcome resistance, particularly around AI tools like Microsoft Copilot We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to attract the best talent.
