We're working with a growing healthcare company in Brussels, seeking a passionate individual to develop cutting-edge AI technologies that will revolutionize medical operations.They're currently looking for an AI developer skilled in PyTorch and with a strong background in medical imaging to join them on a permanent basis.RoleBuild, train, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world healthcare applications, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and scalabilityUtilize Python and frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow to create state-of-the-art Machine Learning pipelinesWork with large and complex datasets, including medical imaging, diagnostics, and operational dataExperiment with advanced AI architectures, such as deep learning and natural language processing (NLP), to address unique challenges in healthcareCollaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and healthcare experts, to integrate AI models into end-user solutionsContinuously monitor model performance and iteratively improve them for reliability and robustness in healthcare environmentsYour profileProven experience in AI/ML development with a strong focus on Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or KerasDeep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including neural networks, supervised and unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learningProficiency in managing and preprocessing large datasets, and familiarity with tools like Pandas and NumPyKnowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI solutions is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within a rapidly evolving industryExperience in healthcare or medical applications is advantageous but not mandatoryOfferWork on projects that have a direct impact on improving patient outcomes and healthcare efficiencyBe part of a fast-growing team that values creativity, innovation, and collaborationAccess cutting-edge tools and resources to push boundaries in AI and healthcare technologyEnjoy flexible working arrangements, including hybrid or remote workBetween EUR4,000-EUR6,500 dependent on experienceFull package including company car
