Dit alles met als doel een realisatie van maximale klanttevredenheid.VerantwoordelijkhedenJe bezoekt klanten in gans België voor complexe herstellingen, installaties en vervangingen van Canon hardware/software productenJe analyseert, documenteert en lost technische issues en problemen op.Je traint klanten in het gebruik van het product, het onderhoud en – in een aantal gevallen – in geavanceerde toepassingen van producten.Je werkt samen met field service en support medewerkers voor wat betreft installatie en onderhouden van Production Printing products waarbij de focus zal liggen op “Commercial Print”.Je staat in voor het beheer van je wagenvoorraad en de voorraad bij de klantJe bent occasioneel inzetbaar en verzekert op regelmatige basis de wachtdienst 24/7.Je rapporteert aan de Service Manager.Je hebt een diploma electromechnica aangevuld met kennis informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Je hebt je kunnen bewijzen in een soortgelijke functie met minimum 5 jaar ervaring (installaties, reparaties van machines, (PC), servers,… ).Je hebt een affiniteit met informatica en nieuwe technologieën. bij voorkeur in de grafische industrie die zich kenmerkt door complexe klant omgevingen.Je bent bij voorkeur goed tweetalig (NL/FR).
