Nous recherchons ; Senior Tax and Financial Accountant pour notre client . Ce rôle est essentiel pour la gestion du processus de clôture mensuelle, de la fiscalité (impôts, TVA), de la préparation des comptes statutaires et de la gestion des audits, tout en suivant les politiques comptables globales. Missions : •Diriger la préparation et la mise à jour de rapports mensuels et de comptes statutaires précis et ponctuels, conformément aux réglementations et normes en vigueur, avec un focus particulier sur les entités d'un pays spécifique
•Assurer la conformité fiscale des entités sous votre responsabilité, en adaptant les processus et en les révisant pour garantir les meilleures pratiques
•Soutenir l'équipe régionale dans la gestion des provisions fiscales, des rapprochements fiscaux et de projets stratégiques tels que le rapatriement de fonds
•Gérer la préparation des déclarations de TVA pour les entités principales et fournir un support pour d'autres pays lorsque nécessaire
•Superviser les examens de contrôle et assurer la mise en œuvre des contrôles internes
•Collaborer avec les auditeurs externes pour répondre aux exigences d'audit
•Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités d'amélioration des processus financiers pour optimiser la productivité et la précision
•Participer activement aux initiatives régionales et corporatives ainsi qu'à d'autres projets selon les besoins de l'entreprise
Profil Recherché : •Diplôme en comptabilité ou en finance
•Plusieurs années d'expérience en comptabilité et en fiscalité, de préférence avec une expérience au sein d'un cabinet international de premier plan
•Connaissances pratiques en matière d'impôt sur le revenu et de TVA
•Maîtrise de l'anglais, avec une bonne maîtrise d'une autre langue européenne étant un atout (par exemple, le néerlandais ou le français)
•Solides compétences en communication, organisation, autonomie, avec un haut niveau d'analyse et de résilience
•Connaissance pratique de logiciels comptables tels que SAP, ainsi que des normes comptables internationales (US GAAP, Dutch GAAP, autres GAAP de la région)
•Atouts supplémentaires : Certification ACCA ou équivalent, expérience en conformité SOX, connaissance de Hyperion et S4Hana
