Het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten (Bozar) is een toonaangevend cultuurhuis in het hart van Europa. Een multidisciplinair programma van tentoonstellingen, concerten, film, performances, literatuur en conferenties koppelt het culturele erfgoed aan creatie, en wereldculturen aan de artistieke actualiteit in ons land.

Bozar beheert het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten in het hart van Brussel, een architecturaal meesterwerk van Victor Horta dat sinds 1928 is geopend voor het publiek.

Om de goede werking van dit uitzonderlijke gebouw te waarborgen, zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Advisor Infrastructure.
Functieomschrijving
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de technische installaties (HVAC, elektriciteit, water) in het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten.
  • Het onderhoud van een aantal technische installaties in het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten wordt verzorgd door externe bedrijven. Je houdt toezicht op het werk van deze externe dienstverleners en zorgt ervoor dat de onderhoudscontracten correct worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het klimaat in alle ruimtes van het Paleis, met speciale aandacht voor de tentoonstellingszalen en de concertzalen.
  • Je bent de technisch specialist en intern adviseur voor de Director Investment voor de investeringsprojecten van Bozar. Je neemt deel aan de technische conceptie van investeringsprojecten en je superviseert de uitvoering van werkzaamheden door externe bedrijven.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning van het onderhoud, de investeringen van de technische voorzieningen van het Paleis en het beheer van het budget voor technische installaties.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de supervisie van het energie- en waterverbruik van Bozar: je monitort het verbruik en je doet voorstellen om het energiebeleid van Bozar te verbeteren.
  • Je werkt onder de directe verantwoordelijkheid van de Manager Cleaning en Maintenance en in nauwe samenwerking met de Maintenance en Investment teams van Bozar.

Profiel
  • Je bent Industrieel Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met interesse in facility management
  • Je hebt gedegen ervaring in facility management en het beheer van technische installaties
  • Je hebt grondige kennis van HVAC en elektrische circuits (hoog- en laagspanning)
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de gangbare talen in Brussel, het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en GTB-software
  • Je bent een goede communicator, flexibel en je kan goed in teamverband werken
  • Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en efficiënt
