Je ondersteunt de projectleider in alle fases van het bouwproces en zorgt voor een vlotte technische en administratieve opvolging. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en organisatievermogen draag je bij aan het succesvol realiseren van de bouwprojecten.Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenOndersteunen bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van bouwprojectenOpstellen en controleren van technische plannen, lastenboeken en meetstatenCoördineren van onderaannemers en leveranciersOpvolgen van de voortgang op de werf en rapporteren aan de projectleiderMeewerken aan kostprijsberekeningen en optimalisatiesToezien op naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriftenProfiel Jouw profielBachelor of master in Bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige opleidingMinstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in projectopvolging, bouwcoördinatie of technisch engineeringGoede technische kennis en inzicht in bouwprocessenVlot in communicatie en sterk in organisatieErvaring met AutoCAD, Revit of gelijkaardige software is een pluspuntZelfstandig, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgerichtGoede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
