Hou jij van duidelijke processen, slimme digitale oplossingen en applicaties die écht het verschil maken voor eindgebruikers?Krijg je energie van het analyseren, structureren en mee vormgeven van gebruiksvriendelijke klanttoepassingen?Dan is deze functie op jouw lijf geschrevenVoor een van onze klanten in Antwerpen zoeken wij een gedreven Functional Analyst A&C Customer Applications die wil meebouwen aan toekomstgerichte customer applications binnen een organisatie waar kwaliteitsvolle service en innovatie hand in hand gaan.Als Functional Analyst maak je deel uit van het Customer Applications team, een cross-functioneel team dat meer dan 10 klantgerichte applicaties beheert.Je werkt op front-end gerelateerde thema's binnen onze transformatieroadmap en draagt bij aan het definiëren van hoogwaardige end-to-end IT-oplossingen voor brokers en partners.Je hebt een sterke focus op user experience (UX) en bent in staat gebruikersnoden te vertalen naar intuïtieve, efficiënte functionaliteiten.Je werkt nauw samen met business stakeholders, architecten en productteams om tot een helder en kwalitatief functioneel ontwerp te komen.TakenpakketJe bent verantwoordelijk voor analyse, documentatie en functioneel testen binnen het Customer Applications productteam.Je vertrekt vanuit businessanalyse, architecturale richtlijnen en standaarden om correcte functionele en non-functionele vereisten te definiëren.Je neemt deel aan workshops met belangrijke stakeholders om requirements te verzamelen.Je modelleert processen en documenteert behoeften op een duidelijke en eenduidige manier, onder andere met use cases en gestructureerde documentatie.Je zorgt voor kennisdeling en afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen, zowel business als IT.Je ziet erop toe dat designrichtlijnen worden gevolgd en up-to-date blijven.Je werkt mee in projecten en draagt bij aan tijdige, kwalitatieve opleveringen binnen scope.Je werkt vlot samen met externe partijen, zowel on-site als offshore.Algemene skillsJe werkt planmatig, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden, bent nauwkeurig en probleemoplossend.Je bent communicatief en een echte teamplayer.Klantgerichtheid staat centraal in jouw aanpak.Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.Je kan flexibel omgaan met veranderende projectvereisten en prioriteiten.Je bent stressbestendig en gedijt in dynamische omgevingen.Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.Ervaring & technische skillsMinimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring als Functional Analyst, bij voorkeur binnen verzekeringen.Ervaring met analyse- en modelleringstools zoals BPMN, UML en use cases is een plus.Ervaring met of bereidheid om tools zoals Enterprise Architect en Adonis eigen te maken.Vertrouwd met Agile-werking (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).Microsoft Azure-certificatie (bv. AZ-900) is een troef.Kennis van de verzekeringssector is essentieel voor het uitvoeren van deze functie.Werkregime: Minstens 2 dagen per week on-site in Antwerpen, de overige dagen remote.Startdatum: ASAP
