Monitor updates in laws and regulations, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed.
Prepare, negotiate, and review contracts and agreements tied to corporate processes.
Support internal teams, such as management and compliance, with expert legal advice.
Knowledge of banking or tax law is not the focus for this position).
Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
A team-oriented professional who is organised, proactive, and capable of managing priorities effectively.
Maintain a balanced schedule with standard hours (9am-6pm) and no overtime expectations.
