Een internationaal toonaangevend bedrijf binnen de metrologie ontwikkelt en produceert geautomatiseerde meetmachines en geavanceerde softwareoplossingen voor sectoren zoals de automobiel-, luchtvaart- en medische industrie. Voor de vestiging in België is men op zoek naar een Field Service Engineer met standplaats Leuven.De Field Service Engineer wordt na een grondige opleiding in productie en in het veld dé technisch expert van 3D coördinaten meetmachines.Jouw takenpakket als Field Service Engineer:* Installeren, onderhouden en kalibreren van 3D coördinaten meetmachines.* Oplossen van technische problemen bij klanten en bijdragen aan een hoge klanttevredenheid.* Verzorgen van trainingen en hotline support voor klanten en distributeurs.* Signaleren van service-gerelateerde sales opportuniteiten.* Documenteren en rapporteren van controles, reparaties en onderhoud.* Zorgen voor correct gebruik, onderhoud en kalibratie van gereedschap en testapparatuur.* Communiceren met de backoffice tijdens werkzaamheden bij klanten.Het ideale profiel als Field Service Engineer:* Een technische opleiding in elektromechanica.* Bij voorkeur ervaring als Field Service Engineer in een technische omgeving; pas afgestudeerden met passie voor techniek zijn ook welkom.* Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een troef.* Sterke klantgerichtheid en de vaardigheid om professioneel contact op te bouwen.* Oplossingsgericht denken en handelen, met het vermogen om bij de klant écht het verschil te maken.* Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om regelmatig te reizen, ook internationaal.Het aanbod als Field Service Engineer:* Uitdagende en afwisselende functie in een internationale, hightech omgeving.* Grondige opleiding en begeleiding om uit te groeien tot expert.* Veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid.* Reële kansen op persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroei.* Aantrekkelijk verloningspakket, inclusief:Bruto jaarsalaris tot €48720 op jaarbasis aangevuld met bonussenBedrijfswagen type break met tankkaartMaaltijdchequesNetto onkostenvergoeding van €125/maandHospitalisatieverzekeringGroepsverzekeringInteresse?
