Duties and responsibilitiesInstallation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 apps on various platformsServe as the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance (in-house/remotely)Manage and secure all endpoints (desktops, laptops, Mobile devices) and systems to ensure compliance with organizational security guidelinesPerform Hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as neededEnsure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues; escalate bugs or unresolvable cases if necessary to the Head of ITMaintain and update the IT inventoryManage and configure Firewall settings to ensure robust network securityImplement and monitor IT security measures, including threat detection and responseCarry out any other task in line with the main purpose of the jobRequirementsExcellent customer service skillsStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsSelf-starter, uses an effective thought process/methodology to determine priorities, set goals, and create a plan for completing a project/taskProven experience as a customer support roleAble to effectively operate in a multi-tasking environmentIn-depth knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Cloud apps portfolio: O365, Intune, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security and Compliance are a plusProficiency in EndPoint and Firewall managementFamiliarity with IT security frameworks and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in EnglishBSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant fieldRelevant certifications are a plusOfferFull-time (37,5hrs/week), fixed-term contract of one year, renewable onceOffices located in Brussels city centre
