Bouw mee aan de toekomst van het grootste in-house legal team in België. Jouw missie? Slimmere processen opzetten die uitblinken in eenvoud, transparantie en een datagedreven aanpak .Je versterkt het Operational Excellence Team van KBC Group Legal, waar je nauw samenwerkt met de Operations Officer, de Application Manager en twee Process Managers. Twee van hen werken in onze legal hub in Brno (Tsjechië), wat de job een leuke internationale dimensie geeft.Als Process & Reporting Lead ben je een van de drijvende krachten van onze digitale transformatie, rapportering én risicobeheersing. Je combineert data-inzicht, procesoptimalisatie en projectwerk om KBC Group Legal future-proof te maken.Functieomschrijving Je ondersteunt bestaande processen en implementeert nieuwe processen . Daarbij vertrek je vanuit workflows en een goed begrip van de processen in de legal teams . Je analyseert de impact van veranderingen.Je ontwikkelt rapporteringen en dashboards in Qlik. Dankzij jou kunnen collega's vlot aan de slag met bruikbare inzichten uit data.Je bent betrokken bij diverse projecten: van legal business tot innovatie en IT .Je volgt recurrente en financiële processen op. Kunnen die beter? Jij merkt het op en stelt verbeteringen voor .Je biedt ondersteuning aan rekeningbeheer & controles.Je zorgt er mee voor dat we als legal afdeling voldoen aan de verschillende interne en externe regelgevingen (o.a. GDPR, Governance frameworks, Security-richtlijnen … )Profiel Je hebt een masterdiploma en minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring.Je kijkt uit naar een job met veel raakvlakken: operational efficiency, procesoptimalisatie, projectmanagement, data-analyse en rapportering.Analyseren is een van je absolute sterktes. Werk je al vlot met Qlik? Dat is een extra troef, maar zeker geen must.Je hebt een simplicity mindset en denkt in oplossingen .Collega's leren je snel kennen als iemand die actie onderneemt, knopen doorhakt en zich vlot aanpast aan wisselende omstandigheden.Verantwoordelijkheid en eigenaarschap motiveren je.
