Project Manager IT Beschrijving van de rol Als senior project manager in het IT-veld ben je verantwoordelijk voor het levenscyclusbeheer van cross-functionele projecten voor onze klanten. Je bent vertrouwd met het definiëren van de structuur en ontwikkeling van projecten, inclusief de definitie van de vraag van de klant, impactanalyse en planning. Je hebt kennis van Prince2-methodologie voor projectbeheer. Je beheert en zorgt voor de uitvoering van projecten volgens de planning, budget en vereiste kwaliteit. Dit omvat het opstellen van een gedetailleerde planning, regelmatige follow-up van deadlines en budget, reporting van de voortgang en communicatie tussen betrokken partijen. Je stimuleert, coördineert en motiveert medewerkers bij projecten. Je kunt ook programma's beheren op basis van MSP-methodologie. Contacten met klanten zijn belangrijk; onderhandelen, communiceren en gewend zijn om te onderhandelen met verantwoordelijken op hoog niveau (directie) is essentieel. Requisite skills en kwalificaties Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in ICT en ten minste 10 jaar ervaring in het beheer van complexe projecten. Je bent gewend om te werken in Agile-omgevingen, vertrouwd met IT-processen op beide niveaus (ontwikkeling en infrastructuur). Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, onderhandelingsvaardigheden en coachingtalent. Je bent methodisch, georganiseerd en kan prioriteiten stellen en verschillende partijen in een project coördineren. Ten slotte druk je je vlot uit in het Frans.
