Bscovery is een Belgische groep actief in de reissector, gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige reiservaringen. De groep verenigt verschillende goed gevestigde premium reismarken, waaronder Atlas Reizen, Continents Insolites, World of Travel en Preference, met activiteiten in België en Frankrijk. Bscovery kent een sterke groeidynamiek en heeft de ambitie om uit te groeien tot een belangrijke speler in de reisindustrie in Europa en het Verenigd Koninkrijk, gedreven door zowel organische groei als gerichte overnames. Ter ondersteuning van deze ambitie bouwt Bscovery momenteel haar IT-organisatie uit om een geconsolideerde, geïntegreerde en efficiënte IT-architectuur te ontwikkelen en te onderhouden die de verdere groei en transformatie van de groep ondersteunt. Functieomschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een pragmatische en resultaatgerichte Group IT Manager / Head of IT om de IT-functie van Bscovery te leiden. Rechtstreeks rapporterend aan de CEO bent u verantwoordelijk voor het stabiliseren en consolideren van het IT-landschap, het waarborgen van veilige en betrouwbare dagelijkse IT-operaties, en het realiseren van een geprioriteerde transformatie roadmap. U werkt in een lean organisatiecontext, waarbij u een klein intern team en een netwerk van managed services providers (MSP’s) aanstuurt en tegelijk sleutel initiatieven op groepsniveau leidt. Kernverantwoordelijkheden Zorgen voor stabiele, veilige en efficiënte dagelijkse IT-operaties (digitale werkomgeving, infrastructuur, cloud, SaaS en connectiviteit). Structureren en aansturen van IT-servicemanagement (incidenten, wijzigingen, SLA’s) met een sterke businessfocus. Leiden en opleveren van sleutel programma’s en IT-projecten (o.a. CRM, digitale platformen en integraties). Definiëren en versterken van cybersecurity, GDPR-compliance en het globale IT-risicobeheer. Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor IT-architectuur keuzes, technologische standaarden en leveranciersstrategie. Aansturen van MSP’s, leveranciers en het IT-budget binnen een duidelijk governance kader en met performantie-opvolging. Leiden en ontwikkelen van een klein IT-team met hoge impact en optreden als betrouwbare partner voor het management. Profiel • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in IT-leiderschaps- of IT-managementrollen. • Aantoonbare ervaring in het end-to-end opleveren van IT-projecten binnen lean en/of multi-entity omgevingen. • Sterke ervaring in samenwerking met MSP’s en externe partners. • Grondige kennis van IT-operaties, cybersecurity, cloud omgevingen en enterprise workplace tools (Microsoft 365). • In staat om vlot te schakelen tussen hands-on probleemoplossing en strategische besluitvorming. • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om te interageren met senior stakeholders. • Ervaring in de reis-, hospitality-, e-commerce- of andere klantgerichte sectoren is een pluspunt. • Talen: uitstekende kennis van het Engels vereist; Frans of Nederlands vereist (de andere taal is een plus). Aanbod • Contracttype: voltijds. • Werkmodel: hybride (aanwezigheid op locatie volgens de noden; standplaats Brussel of vanuit regionale kantoren). • Verplaatsingen: occasionele verplaatsingen binnen de EU en het Verenigd Koninkrijk. • Autonomie & impact: sleutelrol met een hoge mate van autonomie en een directe impact op de groei van de groep.
