Your job
As an Azure Data Engineer at LACO, you'll be responsible for
- Designing and implementing cloud solutions that meet the specific needs of an organization.
- Ensuring that the cloud solutions that are designed and implemented comply with relevant security and regulatory standards.
- Staying up to date with the latest cloud technologies and advancements to provide the organization with the best possible solutions.
- Being able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts in a way that is easy to understand.
- Being a true team player, able to rally up the experts and work collaboratively, sharing your knowledge and passion for BI and AI.
- Participating in end-to-end projects across various industries and demonstrating leadership skills.
Your skills
- You have a bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- You have at least 3 years of experience with different data consumption techniques from traditional to more advanced analytics and AI perspective. (Power BI, Tableau, Machine Learning, )
- Power BI means more to you than shiny graphs (and pie charts).
- You are willing to dig deep into Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake or Databricks.
- You have experience in Azure Data Factory and Data Modelling techniques
- You are fluent in SQL & Python.
- You communicate clearly in Dutch and/or French and English (both written and spoken).
You get even more bonus points if:
- You can present and defend your solutions in front of clients.
- You can organize, facilitate, and lead workshops.
- You have (or aim for) the role-based Microsoft Data certifications or Databricks certifications.
