NTT Data is currently looking for an Application Architect for one of our clients in the public sector based in Brussels. This role can be performed in a hybrid mode.

General description
  • We are looking for three experienced application architects to work as part of our development team, taking on assignments assigned to us by customers.
  • We expect candidates not only to be highly competent at a technical level, but also to have proven experience of managing a group of Java developers in terms of defining and allocating their tasks and organising code review activities.
  • The candidates will also need to demonstrate that they have excellent skills at various levels:
    • the ability to abstract, so as to be able to propose solutions for improving an existing application, as well as to design an architecture for new developments
    • understanding business needs and defining a coherent architectural vision for all the business areas covered
    • integration into an existing team
  • Technical skills:
    • Angular
    • J2EE
    • JMS
    • JPA
    • REST
    • Spring
  • Languages: Active knowledge of French or Dutch and a minimum/passive knowledge of the other national language.
