Job Title: Technology Maintenance Professional We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Technology Maintenance Professional. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and long-term reliability of interactive attractions around the world. This is a hands-on position that combines IT expertise, field maintenance, and direct customer interaction in a dynamic international environment. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the technical integrity of our interactive attractions. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and management. Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and French, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical, electronic, Audio/Video and IT systems. Experience with PC imaging and Image Deployment, as well as knowledge of basic and complex troubleshooting for PC/Mac, Network printing devices, and Local printing devices, is also essential. Responsibilities: Solve technical problems and investigate elevated issues Execute triages and provide technical assistance in a multi-tiered platform environment Troubleshoot a wide variety of customer incident requests and updates, resolve or escalate to appropriate groups In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the successful candidate will also be required to maintain a stock of spare parts for our customers, synchronize with maintenance teams in Asia and USA, and suggest improvements on the production and training process based on data from the maintenance. Technical Skills: Knowledge of PC imaging and Image Deployment; installation, troubleshooting; support of specialized applications Knowledge of basic and complex troubleshooting for PC/Mac, Network printing devices, and Local printing devices Good understanding of electrical, electronic, Audio/Video and IT systems Personal Qualities: Ability to absorb information quickly Excellent attitude, phone etiquette, written, and verbal communications and people skills Empathy with customer Organized and autonomous Working Conditions: Some maintenance may have to be done outside of the office hours because of the time difference with the customers Travels on site will be required up to there months per year (not consecutive) Reports daily to the Maintenance Manager and collaborates closely with the Technical team (Hardware and especially the technicians and on maintenance duty) Benefits: Full-time permanent contract Meal vouchers EUR8 per day Reimbursement of home/work travel depending on your legal residence (+/- 40EUR/month for 30km for example) Mobile phone subscription for work and private use DKV hospitalisation insurance (without any personal contribution from you) Group supplementary insurance (without any personal contribution on your part) Life insurance (without any personal contribution from you) End of year bonus paid in December each year Holiday allowance paid in June each year After Some Experience: Travel allowance for each night spent abroad, plus reimbursement of local expenses (hotels, restaurants, taxis, etc.) On-call bonuses for maintenance European assistance (professional and private use)
