About Us:
Our mission is to manage and evolve the Network, Security and UC/VC infrastructures of the European Commission. We provide a challenging and leading-edge technological environment with unpreceded performances and capacities, supported by the open source community and the biggest technology vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate to projects, initiatives and designs
o Should be able to study the space to gain understanding of the needs
o Maintain proactive async communication with stakeholders to provides updates
2. Establish strong partnerships
o To collaborate well with EC service managers, internally and with partners
o Build strong relationships with different teams.
3. Build
o Create Operational product roadmap which meet well defined-objectives
o Incorporate features request into product roadmap.
o Write user stories, acceptance tests and release plan.
o Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
o Report to C level
4. Be Team multiplier
o Improve collaboration and remove friction within and around our team.
o Write high level technical documentation
o Promote a positive, productive and constructive engineering culture toward adopting best practices, experimentations and aiming quickly toward success. Profile: Qualifications:
o 5+ years’ experience working in a Product Owner position.
o Possess strong leadership, and ability to create a vision.
o Ability to work cross functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
o Creative mindset and enjoy to use HMW concept, Statement, Sketch and Diagram.
o Experience managing stakeholders and their expectations.
o Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable product.
o Enjoy collaborating and sharing ideas with team.
o Be comfortable working remotely and potentially asynchronously by learning on your ability to communicate written ideas effectively with strong attention to details.
o Motivated to deliver high quality solutions quickly.
