Cabinet international réputé, notre client est actuellement à la recherche d’un avocat spécialisé en droit bancaire et financier.L’équipe que vous pourriez rejoindre est à taille humaine, comptant une vingtaine de collaborateurs. Cela permet aux avocats de communiquer efficacement sur les différents dossiers tout en créant une véritable cohésion de groupe.En intégrant ce type d’environnement, vous aurez l’opportunité de développer vos compétences et de progresser dans votre carrière. En effet, la structure hiérarchique de l’équipe et la diversité des dossiers favoriseront, à terme, l’accès à des postes de senior, counsel, voire partner.
Vos responsabilités | Droit – Finance – Legal – Juridique – Bancaire – Cabinet d’avocats •Vous rédigerez et réviserez différents types de documents tels que des contrats de prêts, des documents de financement et des statuts.
•Vous assurerez une veille juridique afin d’être informé des derniers changements sur le marché.
•Vous serez en contact direct avec les clients pour répondre à leurs demandes et les conseiller de la meilleure manière possible.
• Conseiller et orienter vos collaborateurs plus juniors fera partie intégrante de votre rôle.
Profil et parcours | Droit – Finance – Legal – Juridique – Bancaire – Cabinet d’avocats •Afin de vous familiariser avec votre rôle, vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience en tant qu’avocat en droit bancaire et financier au Luxembourg.
•Vous parlez couramment français et anglais , ce qui vous permettra d’assurer une bonne communication avec vos interlocuteurs.
•Vous faites preuve d’une excellente communication , ce qui est essentiel d’un point de vue relation client.
•Vous avez des connaissances en droit des sociétés , ce qui vous permettra d’épauler ponctuellement cette équipe.
