Onze klant is een ambitieuze KMO in de regio Boom die zich bevindt op een belangrijk kantelpunt. Het bedrijf combineert een sterke operationele basis met een duidelijke ambitie om intern te professionaliseren en extern versneld te groeien. Met nieuwe producten, technologieën en merken in ontwikkeling ligt er een aanzienlijk marktpotentieel open. Om deze volgende fase te realiseren, zoekt de organisatie geen klassieke manager, maar een Commercial Lead die samen met de zaakvoerder het bedrijf verder uitbouwt en structureert.
Als Commercial Lead neem je een sleutelrol op binnen de organisatie. Je combineert commerciële verantwoordelijkheid met operationele en strategische impact, en werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder om de volgende groeifase van het bedrijf vorm te geven. Eindverantwoordelijk voor commerciële groei en de verdere uitbouw van de salesorganisatie, inclusief strategie, KPI's en marktontwikkelingLeiden van de uitrol en lancering van nieuwe producten en merken, met focus op new business, partnerships en expansieProfessionaliseren van interne werking (sales, operations, technical support) via structuur, processen en duidelijke prioriteitenAansturen en ontwikkelen van een multidisciplinair team, met focus op coaching, ownership en resultaatgericht werkenOptreden als strategische sparringpartner van de zaakvoerder, met impact op visie, organisatie en lange termijngroeiDe ideale kandidaat kan zich vinden in onderstaande:Bachelor of MasterdiplomaIdealiter 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële rolSterk in business development, sales leadership en groei realiserenHands-on leider die structuur kan brengen zonder ondernemerschap te verliezenAnalytisch, strategisch en tegelijk operationeel sterkDenkt en handelt als een ondernemer/partner, met ownership en verantwoordelijkheidszinEen sleutelrol met reële impact in een groeiende KMONauwe samenwerking met de zaakvoerder en invloed op strategische beslissingenVeel autonomie, korte beslissingslijnen en ruimte om te bouwenEen competitief verloningspakket, afgestemd op senioriteit en verantwoordelijkheidsniveauLangetermijnperspectief binnen een onderneming met duidelijke ambitieOndernemerschap, Business, Marktontwikkeling, KPI, Operations, SEN, Verkoop, Coaching
