We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Support Engineer , die zich kan vinden in een rol waarin hij of zij de klant centraal zet. Als onderdeel van ons team zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beoordelen en afhandelen van incidenten en serviceaanvragen van onze klanten. Werken bij ons betekent: Een brede variëteit aan projecten werken, waarbij je regelmatig nieuwe uitdagingen krijgt. Samenwerken met een divers team van professionals om tot resultaatgerichte oplossingen te komen. Duurzame ontwikkeling door middel van opleidingen, workshops en feedbacksessies. Vereiste vaardigheden: 3 jaar werkervaring als support engineer. Kennis van ITIL-vlakke procesgang en knowledge management. Hoge mate van communicatieve vaardigheden. Regelmatig moeten reizen, soms voor langere periodes (maximaal 50%). Bonuspunten: Totale leeftijdscategorie: 26-40 jaar. Uitstekende kennis van JIRA Service Desk. We bieden: Een competitief salaris.
