Pour l'un de nos clients situé dans le brabant wallon, société industrielle internationale, leader dans son secteur , nous recherchons un Business Controller (h/f/x) .Le groupe conçoit, fabrique et distribue des produits à forte valeur ajoutée, reconnus pour leur qualité, leur innovation et leur positionnement premium.Présent à l'international et engagé dans une dynamique de croissance soutenue, notamment via des acquisitions, il évolue dans un environnement structurant, entrepreneurial et en pleine transformation.Les responsabilités principales du Business Controller (h/f/x) :Piloter la performance financière et produire des analyses fiables et à forte valeur ajoutée pour la direction.Contribuer aux clôtures et aux états financiers consolidés du groupe.Analyser les écarts entre le réel, le budget et les prévisions, et formuler des recommandations.Participer activement aux processus budgétaires et aux reforecasts.Développer, harmoniser et faire évoluer les KPI et outils de reporting (finance, opérations, commerce).Garantir la qualité, la cohérence et la fiabilité des données issues des systèmes d'information.Accompagner l'intégration financière et opérationnelle de nouvelles entitésIntervenir sur des projets transverses de transformation (ERP, reporting, pilotage de la performance).Le profil requis pour le poste de Business Controller (h/f/x) :Formation supérieure en finance, gestion, économie ou équivalent.Minimum 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion / finance / analyse de la performance, idéalement dans un environnement industriel et international.Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et première expérience souhaitée sur des outils de Business Intelligence (ex. Power BI).Solides capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de communication auprès d'interlocuteurs variés.Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement en forte croissance et en transformation.Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.Nous vous offrons un contrat à durée indéterminée.Intéressé(e) par ce poste?
