About the Role Are you a seasoned IT professional looking to take your career to new heights? We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Network, Security & System Engineer. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT support experience and possess certifications in Managed Services (infra & security), Network Technologies, Email Environments, Windows Server, Virtualization, Backup Systems, Cloud Technologies, Scripting/Automation, Storage Systems, and Security Standards. Provide support by analyzing and resolving incidents raised by the service desk and L2 support team. Conduct audits on client infrastructures and craft tailored solutions. Oversee internal and/or on-site installations, ensuring seamless execution. At least 5 years of IT support experience. Certifications in Managed Services (infra & security), Network Technologies, Email Environments, Windows Server, Virtualization, Backup Systems, Cloud Technologies, Scripting/Automation, Storage Systems, and Security Standards. Strong understanding of Cloud solutions. Bilingual (trilingual preferred). You will also have access to training opportunities and certifications to keep your skills sharp and up-to-date with industry trends. You will work in a bilingual setting (NL/FR) with exposure to diverse international technologies and clients.
