Je gaat aan de slag als Calculator Speciale Technieken binnen het "Estimating"-team, vanuit hun hoofdkantoor in Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe. Ze focussen vooral op projecten in België, maar hebben ook geregeld boeiende opdrachten in het buitenland. Als calculator zijn uw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden : Het aanvragen en analyseren van prijsaanbiedingen van leveranciers en onderaannemers om een schatting op te stellen op basis van de gekozen uitvoeringsmethode en het geselecteerde materiaal. Het analyseren van de technische vereisten die contractueel door de klant zijn vastgesteld en deze omzetten in een adequaat actieplan. Het bewaken van het technische overzicht gedurende het hele project. Je bezit een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica. Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als calculator of specialist in technische specialiteiten, bij voorkeur HVAC, is een pluspunt. Communiceren gaat je vlot af, en idealiter spreek je Frans, Nederlands én Engels. In een multidisciplinair team voel jij je helemaal thuis. Zelfstandig dossiers beheren is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, waarbij je echt eigenaarschap toont over je projecten. Creativiteit helpt je om alternatieve oplossingen te vinden en je volgt graag de nieuwste technische ontwikkelingen.
