You will be at the forefront of strategic infrastructure projects, working closely with Transmission System Operators (TSOs), Distribution System Operators (DSOs), and industrial customers to build long-term partnerships and deliver innovative solutions across high-voltage equipment, substations, digital grid, and services.
Within a dynamic and collaborative team, you will define and execute commercial strategies, ensuring Siemens Energy remains a trusted partner for critical grid projects in the region.
Engage with TSOs, DSOs, and industrial clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Execution & Coordination
Lead and coordinate complex offers, working closely with factories, tendering, and execution teams.
Promote a broad portfolio including High Voltage equipment, substations (AIS/GIS), Digital Grid, and Service solutions.
Ensure high-quality proposals, competitive positioning, and successful contract negotiations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in complex B2B sales (energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors preferred)
Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex sales processes and stakeholders
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, grid infrastructure, and high-voltage equipment (AIS/GIS)
Experience in complex B2B sales and commercial strategy development
Skills in negotiation, contract management, and customer relationship management
Proven autonomy, team collaboration, and strategic thinking
