afarax is looking for a freelance IT Infrastructure Project Manager. We need youOur client in the insurance sector, is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to strengthen their team.Projects can be of the following typesPure infrastructure evolution : evolution of the infrastructure to increase the global level of service, life cycle management, technology evolution, data - center migration, cloud initiatives, etc.Security projects : manage the impact of security constraints on the infrastructure. Examples of project are the implementation of a Vault for password, or the improvement of Identity and Access management systems and processes, Proxy evolutions, Cloud security Assessment, etc.Business : normal evolution of the infrastructure requested to support a business project. Examples of projects are the coordination of the setup of an infrastructure to host a new application, coordinate the opening of VPN and authentication with systems hosted externally, drive the network connectivity of new buildings, etc.Is this you?Fluent in French and/or DutchGood knowledge of EnglishUniversity graduate or equivalentTechnical knowledgeExperience in Technical Project Management within large IT organisationExperience in Implementation of projects in a large IT organisationExperience in Insurance or BankingGood knowledge of IT platforms: Windows / CloudProject ManagementProject Management methodologyLarge and complex projectsBe able to manage several projects in parallelExperience in writing/filling contractual or compliancy documentsVerify completeness of business requirementsCommunication and reporting skills are very importantAdapt communication to the audience (capacity to communicate with engineer and with CIO)Be able to have technical discussions with the infra teams and to translate towards other departmentsClient orientation, planning & organisation and negotiation skills are also requiredAbility to take a helicopter view to summarize the statusReflect reality & stress the attention pointsProactivity and risk mitigationStimulate collaboration between different teamsHow afarax supports you?You benefit from our extensive networkYou will have access to projects that fit your expertiseWe help and support you throughout your projectWe offer the possibility to build a valuable and lasting partnership
