IT Asset Specialist Are you passionate about managing and optimizing IT assets to drive digital transformation? Econocom is seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Specialist to join our team. This key role plays a crucial part in ensuring the effective governance, compliance, and alignment of IT assets with business objectives. In this dynamic position, you will oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal. You will ensure transparency, cost-efficiency, and sustainability in managing hardware, software, and licensing assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT asset management or operations, preferably in the public sector, and possess knowledge of public procurement rules and regulations. Maintain a centralized and accurate inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software, licenses) • Ensure asset lifecycle management in accordance with public sector procurement and disposal regulations • Monitor software licensing to guarantee compliance and avoid legal or financial risk • Collaborate with procurement, Finance, and internal audit teams to ensure transparent and compliant asset acquisition and tracking • Provide reports to support internal and external audits, financial planning, and decision-making An attractive salary supplemented with hospitalization, group insurance, meal and eco vouchers, company car, and the possibility to work from home. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in IT asset management or operations, preferably in the public sector.
